Dr. Wallis is a board eligible Orthopedic Surgeon who specializes in hip, knee and shoulder replacement, knee and shoulder arthroscopy, and upper and lower extremity fracture care. His special interests include complex and revision hip and knee replacement, partial knee replacement, minimally invasive anterior hip replacement, and outpatient joint replacement. He successfully completed a fellowship in advanced joint reconstruction at the renowned Joint Implant Surgeons group in New Albany, Ohio where he was trained under the tutelage of Drs. Adolph Lombardi Jr and Keith Berend, both of whom are world renowned joint replacement surgeons. During his training Dr. Wallis was involved in Orthopedic research resulting in numerous book chapters and scholarly articles. He has also given many formal presentations within the Orthopedic community. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons.

Dr. Wallis is dedicated to exploring all treatment options with his patients, both surgical and non-surgical. If surgery is required, Dr. Wallis utilizes multi-modal pain protocols and enhanced recovery pathways to help patients recuperate quickly with as little pain as possible.

Though he has lived most of his life in the Midwest, Dr. Wallis now calls Henderson his home, together with his wife and four children. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, hiking, cycling and spending time with his growing family.
