Very professional from the minute you walk through the door. The x-ray technicians, nurses, etc. seem to really enjoy what they are doing. Have never had to wait long. And Dr. Birch is a very conscientious and thorough and not an alarmist. He explains things thoroughly, gives you your options and goes from there. He checks in with you about prior injuries just to make sure he covers all. Really like this practice

The office runs very efficiently and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The scheduling is excellent. Dr.Birch did not keep me waiting. He explained my problem to me clearly along with the treatment options. I was extremely satisfied with the entire experience.

I just had my knee replacement with Dr Tait. I was told he was the best surgeon in town and one of the few Doctors who uses 3d to replace joints. From start to finish he and his team, Bryce and Lisa, were very efficient and organized. I feel that I had the best care possible and am making good progress. They went above and beyond what was expected and more. If you are considering surgery please contact this office. You will not be disappointed.

I had the very best experience with EVERYONE on Dr. Tait's team at OIH that I've had in my 68 years of life. Everyone was kind and courteous and caring and very efficient. It is obvious that as the leader goes so goes his team. I am so glad my husband's wonderful oncologist Dr. Parikh referred us to Dr. Tait for our orthopedic needs.
